2. Petitioner, a defaulting borrower in a loan facilities availed from UCO Bank, Puri Branch, District-Puri has laid challenge to the e-auction notice dated 20.03.2013 (Annexure-2), whereby the mortgaged property was being put to sale on 26.04.2013 for recovery of the outstanding liabilities.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the loan account having been closed.
