This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 20th April, 1988 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in G.R. Case No.803 of 1985 wherein N.B.W. has been issued against them. 3.

The case is yet to be admitted though filed in the year 2010. 4.

No one had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners when the case listed on 17th September, 2010. Today also no one appears on behalf of the Petitioners.

As such, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
