1. Despite the Petitioner-workmen being reinstated in service by means of the impugned Award dated 19th February, 2009, steps have not been taken to enforce that Award by him through his lawyer. Since there is no reasonable explanation offered by the counsel for the Petitioner for this lapse.

2. Having perused the impugned Award, the Court is not satisfied that any case has been made out to interfere with the Award only because the Petitioner has also not been awarded back wages. No ground is made out for interference in that regard. The writ petition is disposed of.
