The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the departmental proceeding bearing No. 10/OAS/2019 and also the show cause notice bearing No. 39140 dated 24.10.2021. 3.

Since the petitioner has already filed his show cause reply pursuant to the notice of show cause under Annexure-4, let the authority consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
