3. Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State/ opposite party no.1 and Mr. S.K. Pattnaik, learned Senior Counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the records.
4. Mr. S.K. Pattnaik, learned Senior Counsel for the opposite party no.2 states that since the tender period for the year 201314 has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Furthermore, direction given by this
// 2 // Court vide order dated 01.10.2013 passed in Misc. Case No.21090 of 2013 has not been complied with by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
