Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with G.R. Case No.395 of 2019 arising out of Ulunda P.S. Case No.113 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Biramaharajpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 498-A/302/ 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the husband of the deceased after being taken into judicial custody have been released on bail. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, I direct that in the event the petitioners surrender before the Court below and move an application for bail, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and claim of parity with the co-accused shall be taken into account at the time of adjudication of the bail application. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
