2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of charge sheet no.4 dated 03.12.2012 submitted in G.R. Case No.42 of 2011 arising out of Daringibadi P.S. Case No.35 of 2011 as well as the order of N.B.W. dated 01.02.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Daringibadi on the ground of lack of sanction.

3. Heard.

4. Considering the facts and the circumstance made, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of but liberty is given to the Petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, if cognizance has been taken.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
