1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.8 informs the Court Order No.

that OCL Iron and Steel Limited is now before the National Company Law Tribunal in proceedings instituted against it under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The Court is informed that the NCLT passed an order appointing an Insolvency Resolution Professional in the said case. In that view of the matter, no further proceedings against the said company can continue in any court. The Petitioner will have to approach the NCLT for appropriate reliefs.

2. The writ petition is disposed of.
