This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The petitioner is a defaulting borrower of a Cash Credit facility for a sum of Rs.2 lakhs availed from the State Bank of India, Gandarpur Branch, DistrictCuttack, in the year 2006. The said loan account was declared NPA and SARFAESI proceedings initiated vide Demand Notice dated 17th September, 2012. The prayer in the writ present petition is for a direction to the Bank for settlement of the loan account under the OTS Scheme.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo in Court today stating therein that the entire dues has been paid and the loan account having been closed since 19th February, 2019, prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Memo be kept on record.

In view of the Memo filed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
