Heard Mr. Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

On instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime upon conclusion of investigation Final Report styled as Final Form No. 01 dated 21.10.2021 has been filed before the learned jurisdictional Court on account of insufficiency of evidence. He undertakes to serve a copy of the Final Form on Mr.Pujari by tomorrow 16.2.2022.

In such background, Mr.Pujari does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
