This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The impugned order is clearly appealable. Considering the ground raised by Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds all these grounds raised herein are not only possible to be raised before the appellate authority but can also be attended to by the appellate authority.

Considering the time period for filing appeal is still there, this Court permits withdrawal of the writ petition but, however, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer statutory appeal involving the impugned order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021
