Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 21st January, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.270 of 2008, whereby he set aside the order dated 10th April, 2007 and restored the Criminal Proceeding filed by the Opposite Party under Section 125 Cr.P.C. to its original number.

Taking into consideration the nature of the order passed and the time elapsed, I am not inclined to entertain this revision. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed.

Interim order dated 4th May, 2010 passed in Misc. Case No.22 of 2010 stands vacated.
