This is an application for correction of some clerical errors appearing in the Judgment dated 06.09.2014 passed by this Court in RSA No.597 of 2014.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the application, the name i.e. "Gopinath Khilla" as it appears at page 6 of the Judgment stands corrected as "Gokulo Khillo" and the number of paragraphs in the said judgment be rearranged chronologically.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
