1. The Petitioner has come to this Court aggrieved by a notice dated 15th September 2008 issued to Opposite Party No.6 requiring him to deposit some amount for purchase of a property at Hal Khata No.877 Plot No.847 Unit No.32 Madhupatna District Cuttack by paying consideration amount of Rs.2,41,500/-.

2. It is seen that the in the present petition which was filed way back on 5th June 2012, no notice has even been issued till date. There has been no interim order passed. If the proceedings arising from the impugned notice are still pending, as is claimed by the Petitioner, then it will be open to him to go to the authority who issued such notice to raise any objection that he may have to the issuance of such notice to Opposite Party No.6. The Court does not wish to express any view on the merits of the contention of the

Petitioner. It will be for the authority to take an appropriate decision after taking into account the objection of the Petitioner.

3. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
