This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with V.G.R. Case No.08 of 2020 arising out of Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Baripada for alleged commission of offences under sections 471/477-A/120-B of the

// 2 // Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with sections 13(1)(a of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department submitted that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Since no further interrogation is necessary, the interim order dated 15.02.2021 is made absolute. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
