The State and its functionaries have filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 05.07.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 222 of 2012. 4.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that the petitioner has already been selected and joined as Shikhya Sahayak under District Inspector of Schools, Bhubaneswar w.e.f. 17.11.2003 and she has been regularized as Jr. Teacher w.e.f. 19.02.2007 and regular Zilla Parishad Teacher w.e.f. 11.03.2011.
