Opposite Parties Mr. D.R. Mohapatra, Senior Standing Counsel
CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH
ORDER
06.09.2022 Order No.
04.
1. The writ petition itself was filed in 2014 challenging the shifting of the Office of the Block Education Officer, Jujomura from Hatibari to the Block Office premises of Jujomura.
2. Apart from the fact that these are not matters for the Court to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution, it is seen that there is no interim order passed in the writ petition and the shifting has already taken place long ago. For these reasons, the Court is not inclined to interefere. The writ petition is dismissed. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge S.K. Guin
