This application has been filed for substitution of the legal heir of the Petitioner, as he has expired during pendency of this case.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Considering the grounds stated in the petition, prayer for substitution is allowed. The legal representative of the deceased Petitioner be impleaded as Opposite Party No.1(a). 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that he has already filed Consolidated copy of the cause title of writ petition.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.6277 of 2014 (Madan Chandra Nayak v. Principal Secretary to Govt. of Orissa, Ministry of Water Resources Deptt.), W.P.(C) No.6278 of 2014 (Kailash Behera v. Principal Secretary to Govt. of Orissa, Ministry of Water Resources Deptt.) and W.P.(C) No.6279 of 2014 (Raju Mahanta v. Principal Secretary to Govt. of Orissa, Ministry of Water Resources Deptt.), which have been disposed of vide common Judgment dated 19.04.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Judgment dated 19.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) Nos. 6277, 6278 and 6279 of 2014, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgment.
