This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date, no first information report has been instituted against the petitioner.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
