Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. . 3.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Block Development Officer, Barpaliopposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, however taking into consideration the allegation of the petitioner that petitioner is deprived of having egress and ingress to his own land. In the event any application is filed for allowing the petitioner to have such access, necessary inquiry may be undertaken and appropriate interim order allowing to the grievance of the petitioner may also be passed. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,
