1. It is stated that the Assessee is now before the National Company Law Tribunal and the proceedings have been initiated under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the present petition, if necessary, after the resolution process is concluded. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
