1. Counter affidavit has been filed in the present petition on 26th Order No.
April, 2022 pointing out that after accepting the entire payment of Rs.1,50,000/- awarded by the Tribunal as compensation in lieu of reinstatement and without protest, the Petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the same award.
2. As rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the Opposite Parties if the amount has been accepted without protest, it is not open to the Petitioner to turn around to challenge the award thereafter.
