It appears that though there are two petitioners in the anticipatory bail application, but in the order dated 12.05.2022, the name of another person, namely, Gouri Jena has been inadvertently added under the heading of the names of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the name of petitioner no.3 Gouri Jena is deleted by me in red ink in open Court. This order be uploaded immediately in the High Court website.

A copy of the order be communicated to the Court concerned and free copy of the order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State.
