This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that no first information report has been registered against the petitioners.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
