Heard Mr. K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. S. R. Das, learned counsel appearing for the informant. 3.

The petitioner is in custody 03.11.2021 in connection with Mahuldiha P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 02 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Thakurmuda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/323/506/of the IPC.

Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record and the period of detention already undergone, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter

may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
