This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to Opposite Party No.1 to consider his representation in Annexure-1 with regard to disbursement of arrear salary @ 40% of emoluments in pre-revised scale from 01.01.2004 to 31.03.2008 within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that highlighting the grievance, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-1, but no decision has yet been taken.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ application directing the Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-1

// 2 // and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
