ORDER

31.01.2022 Order No.

01.

1.

This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Undisputedly, even though the Petitioner submitted an objection to the draft publication involving reservation of the seats at page 16 of the brief, however looking to the said objection, it appears the objection is of dated 3.01.2022 and from page 18 of the brief, it appears, the Petitioner had sent such objection to the competent authority through registered post with A.D. on 10.01.2022 at 12.18 P.M. For the clear restriction for reaching of objection by 3.01.2022, this Court observes, objection dated 3.01.2022 having been sent through registered post on 10.01.2022 much after expiry of the period of objection was wholly unacceptable. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain the writ petition, which is, hereby, rejected. 3.
