This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 02.02.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.592 (C) of 2016, wherein in the Tribunal has dismissed the O.A. filed by the appellants being devoid of merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this matter is covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 15.09.2021 passed in W.P. (C) No.902 of 2016 and batch (Satyabrata Nayak and others v. State of Odisha and others), to which learned Addl. Government Advocate has no objection.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 02.02.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.592 (C) of 2016 cannot sustain in the eye of law and the same is liable to be quashed and is

hereby quashed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed this Court in Satyabrata Nayak (supra).

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
