Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves a mutation order and rejection of a review application. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties brought to the notice of this Court that in the meantime disputed property already involved in a Civil Proceeding vide C.S.No.104 of 2011(1) and a decree is operating therein. For the settled position of law, mutation order, if any, shall be ultimately abided by the judgment and decree in civil suit. This Court simply observes parties will ultimately be abided by judgment and decree in Civil Suit operating in field. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
