This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In view of the order passed today in CMAPL NO. 451 of 2022, the writ petition is restored to file.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the notice dated 16th July, 2012 (Annexure-1) issued by the DIGP-cumEstate Officer, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar for eviction of Quarters No.23, Type-Aspl situated in Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Parhi, learned Deputy Solicitor General submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the aforesaid quarters and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner also concedes to the same.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
