Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

On his own submission of the petitioner that there is already pendency of an appeal involving the disputed property, this Court observes, the grievance, if any, arising out of notice at Annexure-2 can be taken care of by the appellate authority. This Court while observing, the present writ petition not entertainable at this stage, also observe Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the appellate authority involving the notice at Annexure-2. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
