This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction for demarcation of Hal Plot No. 5867/7188/8935 under Khata No.2522 to an extent of Ac.0.44 decimals in Demarcation Case No. 11 of 2021 and Plot No. 5867/7188 under Khata No.1269 to an extent of Ac.0.3.06 decimals in Demarcation Case No. 12 of 2021 situated in mouza Dudurkote under Hindol Tahasil in the district of Dhenkanal.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that the matter was last posted to 8th March, 2021 for demarcation of the land. However, he has no instruction with regard to the up-to-date status of such demarcation.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Hindol-Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of Demarcation Case Nos. 11 and 12 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months by issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as boundary

// 2 // tenants to participate in the hearing of the aforesaid Demarcation Cases and also to be present at the time of demarcation, if there is no legal impediment. The Petitioners shall cooperate with the Tahasildar, Hindol for such demarcation.

A free copy of this order be supplied to Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for information and communication.
