The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the opposite parties to make payment of the bonus/incentive as per the stipulation made in Clause 2.4.1 of the agreement (DTCN) of the contract arising out of and relating to the Contract Agreement No. 445 F2 of 2008-2009 by quashing the order dated 21.01.2013 under Annexure-16, since the petitioner has completed the work in all respect more than two months ahead of the stipulated date of completion of the said work. 4.

Considering the prayer made, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned by ventilating his grievance in consonance with the agreement and in such event, the authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
