2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.79 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.346 of 2011 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.
3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. This Court vide order dated 28.11.2018 granted seven days time to remove the defects as pointed out by the S.R. But the said defects have not yet been removed.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment to remove the defects. This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonremoval of defects. The Petitioner is at liberty to file a better application, if so advised.
