The selection relating to the post of Junior Assistant under LFC cadre in different urban local bodies under direct recruitment quota is the subject matter of challenge in the case at hand. . 4.

On perusal of the recitals in the writ petition, this Court is of the considered opinion that by efflux of time the matter has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 5.

The interim order dated 19.12.2012 passed in Misc. Case No. 19272 of 2012 stands vacated.
