Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client filed civil suit in respect of his property. Interim measure of status-quo was granted by the civil Court. Opposite party nos.2 to 5 are defendants in the suit. They preferred appeal but the appeal was dismissed. Said opposite parties, in violation of the order, already got registered sale deeds of plots carved out from the property. His client made representations dated 11th January, 2021, 21st June, 2021 and 20th July, 2021 to the Sub-Registrar, Jatani (opposite party no.1) requesting the authority not to register any document of sale in violation of the order of status-quo. Particulars of the property have been given in the representations.

2. Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, the representations will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider the representations and act in accordance with law regarding documents of sale or any other transfer in respect of plots carved out of subject matter in the civil suit, over which status-quo order has been passed. The authority will ascertain particulars of the property, over which the order operates and thereupon deal with presentation of documents in respect thereof, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
