2. Heard Mr. N.R. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity and there is material to show that the Petitioner was present at the spot during the apprehension and he managed to leave, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
