2. Heard Mr.N.Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. P.K.Parhi, learned ASGI for Union of India and Mr. T.K.Pattnaik, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.
In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the revisional order dated 03.09.2015 passed by the opp. party No.2 and communicated vide order dated 11.09.2015 under Annexure-5. The petitioner has further prayed to direct the opp. parties to take a decision on the application of the revision petition of the petitioner or alternatively to consider his representation vide Annexures-8 and 9 within a stipulated period.

Mr. T.K.Pattnayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel brings notice of this Court to the amended provision contained under Section 10-A (1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and submits that in view of said provision, the claim made in writ petition is no more subsists. Accordingly, the claim made by the petitioner cannot be granted.

In view of the amended provision contained under Section 10A (1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, the writ petition stands disposed of.
