Heard Mr.M.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Samal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

According to Mr.Das, the petitioner is aggrieved by illegal issuance of residential certificates in favour of Sarita Putel wife of Chabilal Putel (opposite party No.6). 4.

During course of hearing Mr.Das submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file appeals before the Sub-Collector, Titilagarh (opposite party No.3) and further prays that a direction be issued to said authority to take a decision on such appeals in an appropriate manner. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file appeals along with the petition for condonation of delay before the Sub-Collector, Titilagarh (opposite party No.3) and in the event such appeals were filed the Sub-Collector, Titilagarh shall

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
