This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 02.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in paragraph 5 of the order dated 02.02.2022, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that "some of the co-accused persons were taken into custody and they have been released on bail by this Court" has been wrongly mentioned though the F.I.R. named co-accused has been released on bail in ABLAPL No.11867 of 2021 and therefore, the same needs to be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

// 2 // In view of such submission, in the 5th paragraph of the order dated 02.02.2022, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that 'some of the co-accused persons were taken into custody and they have been released on bail by this Court' be read as 'some of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court'.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 02.02.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
