1. The orders under challenge in these writ petitions are appealable ones. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. Permitting the Petitioner to challenge the impugned orders in appeals in accordance with law, the writ petitions are disposed of.
2. If the appeals against the impugned orders are filed not later than 2nd January, 2023 accompanied by applications for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the writ petitions as the reason for the delay, the Appellate Authority will consider them in accordance with law. In such event, the interim order passed by this Court in the present writ petitions will continue till such time the appeals are disposed of or such order varied by the Appellate Authority in an application to be filed by the present Petitioner. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. The original
annexures will be returned to the Petitioner subject to their being substituted by attested photocopies thereof.
