CORAM:
JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO Order No.
ORDER
16.03.2022 I.A. No.191 of 2022 02.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 02.02.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three weeks further time may be granted to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection. It appears that the anticipatory bail application was disposed of on 02.02.2022 and the petitioner was
// 2 // given four weeks time to surrender and move for bail in the learned Court below.
Taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period till 25.03.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
