1. Over 11 years during the pendency of the present petition notice was not even issued to the Opposite Parties. It is not known what the current status of the Opposite Party No. 1 is. Clearly, he has not even moved to enforce the impugned order of the CAT.
2. In the circumstances, the Court sees no purpose being served in entertaining the present petition. If and when Opposite Party No.1 moves to enforce the impugned order of the CAT, it will be open to the Petitioner to revive this petition.
