1. The Registry has reported that the demand draft supposed to be deposited by the Petitioner in this Court, pursuant to the interim order passed, has not yet been deposited as there is no receipt of such deposit available at the Registry.
2.Reserving the liberty of the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, urged in the present petition, in the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
