Heard Mr. J.K. Rath, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 14.03.2011 passed in O.A. No.1661 of 2006, by which the State Administrative Tribunal has taken note of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of the Government in Finance Department dated 15.05.1997, the Government have been taking steps for regularization of service of certain daily wage employees even after the decision of State of Karnataka v. Uma Devi, 2006 (4) SCC 1 and directed the opposite parties to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the policy decision of the Government. 4.
Mr. J.K. Rath, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that in spite of order dated 14.03.2011 passed by the tribunal, till date nothing has been communicated to the petitioner.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that he will communicate the decision taken by the Government in compliance of the order dated 14.03.2011 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No.1661 of 2006.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, since by virtue of policy decision taken by the Government, some employees have been regularized and pursuant to such policy decision of the Finance Department dated 15.05.1997, the tribunal directed for consideration of the case of the petitioner, let the opposite parties consider and pass appropriate order with regard to regularization of service of the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
