1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the Petitioner is before the NCLT in C.P. IB No.250/KB/2021 in which an order has been passed on 5th May, 2022.

2. In that view of the matter, it will be open to the parties to approach the NCLT for any appropriate directions concerning the issues raised in the present petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
