Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application, as he has already been arrested and released on bail by the court below in the meanwhile and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 15th March, 2022 has been filed.
