1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the rejection order dated 28.06.2012 passed by the opposite party no.1-Chief Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Bhubaneswar Divisional Office, Bhubaneswar for Rural Retail Outlet of Petrol Pumps under the Project, Kisan Seva Kendra.

4. Since this matter is of the year 2012 and in the meantime, nine years passed, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
