This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 20th April, 2011 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.R.P. No.42 of 2010, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance to the Opposite Party @ Rs.11,000/- from the date of application i.e. from 8th January, 2010.
