This is a matter of 2014. Mr. J. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate on telephonic instruction received from the IIC, Badambadi P.S submits that, the victim girl was recovered on 30th January 2016 and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded by the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack on 1st February 2016.

In view of such submission, nothing remains to be decided in the present WPCRL. Accordingly, the WPCRL is dismissed.
